When you create your account, choose a strong password that is unique to that account. Do not share your password with others. Using the same password for different accounts increases the risk that your data will be compromised if your password is accidentally or illegally accessed by others. If you suspect that someone else has gained access to your password, change it immediately.
5.3. DATA RETENTION
Your personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we received it, including regulatory and business purposes.
The following factors are taken into account when determining the necessary retention period for personal data:

The amount of personal data, as we endeavour to minimise this amount as much as possible for each specific purpose set out in section 4.1 of this Privacy Policy.
The nature of the personal data depending on the exact purpose served by that particular personal data, as set out in section 4.1 of this Privacy Policy.
Sensitivity of personal data in nature and content.
Potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, and we continue to undertake risk assessment and risk mitigation measures to minimise this potential risk, including engaging third party specialist data management and data protection service providers.

7.8 INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
The GDPR applies to controllers and processors located in the European Economic Area ("EEA") and countries that the EU considers provide adequate protection for data subjects in terms of data protection. The UK is an EU country and is recognised by the EU as an "adequate" country in terms of data protection.
Data subjects risk losing GDPR protection if personal data is transferred outside of (i) the EEA or (ii) countries with adequacy status and, accordingly, the GDPR restricts such transfers unless data subjects' rights in respect of their personal data are protected by appropriate safeguards or one of a limited number of exemptions applies (such exemptions include your explicit and informed consent).
